Exchange Policy

We are aware that a product's fitting or sizing can sometimes be wrong. For your convenience, we provide a hassle-free exchange policy.

Our rider will immediately deliver your new shoes and pick up your old pair from your doorway. After the date of your request, the exchange process normally takes four to five working days. (There will be a 400 rupee rider fee for exchanges.)

Terms and Conditions of Exchange:

Exchanges are accepted for items within 14 days of purchase.

The item must have all of its original tags and labels still on it and be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

Only orders delivered within Pakistan are bound to this restriction. Please get in touch with our customer service staff for assistance with overseas orders, and we will try our best to help.
